These are required for the service to work and cannot be switched off:

• Authentication — keeps you signed in and secures requests to the backend.
• Consent records — remembers your cookie and location-currency choices and their version, so we do not ask again on every page.
• Preferences — language and display currency selections, and your cart or checkout state while ordering.
• Security — protection against abuse and fraudulent requests.

If you opt in, we may measure aggregated usage — pages viewed, searches, and whether an order flow completes — to improve the product. These are not used to build advertising profiles.

If you opt in, we may use storage to measure campaigns and show relevant promotions for food trucks. No marketing or advertising storage is set while this category is off.

• Google Maps — loaded on pages with a map to display locations; Google may set its own storage when the map loads.
• Google Sign-In — used only when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Payment provider — sets storage needed to run the secure checkout and prevent fraud when you pay online.

We only check the country associated with your IP address to pick a default display currency if you allow it. Your precise device location, if you share it, stays in your browser to centre the map.

You can change or withdraw consent at any time. Choices are timestamped so you always have a record of them.
